When considering a ‘healthy lifestyle’, changes in your diet can become confusing to the point of overwhelm.
Like all things worthwhile, making a good foundation is the key to success.
Begin by eliminating all the Whites in your pantry. White sugar, flour, rice (however, Basmati is the only acceptable white rice) and any foods made from these, for example white bread.
Free radicals are actually generated from these nutrient empty foods. What are free radicals? Refer to this previous article Health Stealers
I know, you love your sugar and your white bread, but your cells do not!
Since you are your cells, be the best you can be and maintain healthy cells.
While habits are very powerful things, you are in control and habits can be changed.
The same way you developed bad habits, you can also develop good habits.
Remember don’t make this an overwhelming task. It is by the small daily choices that we achieve a whole lifestyle change.
Reducing the amount of Free Radicals generated in our bodies is a great start to ‘healthy lifestyle’ changes.
